Comments: The house sold in a few days and I was very comfortable that it was priced right so how could I complain about anything. If I was to use Diane again I would want her to be more open at giving me her opinion and advice. I am most comfortable with people speaking freely with their opinion and being comfortable being direct. I am able to handle that sort of communication and still make my own decisions. Hi Diane. Comments: This was an out-of-area transaction for me, regarding a property in trust. Scott handled all issues that arose, professionally and efficiently and kept us on a great timetable. I didn't even get the chance to meet Scott in person, as everything was handled through e-mail and fax. It would have been a 4 hr round trip drive for me so I really appreciated the simplicity provided for me. Scott and Diane came recommended to me and now I could certainly recommend them as well.

Comments: I am extremely satisfied with Scott's assistance in the selling of this property. He had a difficult job doing this sale with myself and co trustee hundreds of miles away from the property.
